H. Wayne Judge focuses his practice in Corporate and Business Law, Estate Planning and Administration, Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law, as well as Municipal Law. He is experienced in litigation relating to real estate, will contests, contested estate and trust accounting proceedings.
Wayne Judge was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Manhattan College and Boston College Law School where he was a Presidential Scholar.
His professional activities include, Confidential Hearing Officer for the New York State Committee on Judicial Conduct, Former Member of the Committee on Professional Standards, Former Trustee of the Federal Bar Council, Member of the New York State Bar Association and the Warren County Bar Association.
Mr. Judge served as a private, with Top Secret security clearance, in the U.S. Army’s 197th Army Security Agency and later as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Naval Reserve J.A.G Corps.
Mr. Judge wrote an article on Ante-Mortem Probate for the New York State Bar Association Trusts and Estates Law Section Newsletter and it was published in the Fall 2017, Vol. 50, No. 3 Edition.
