Christopher W. Rust is an associate attorney who focuses his practice on personal injury and litigation matters. He has extensive practice experience in motor vehicle accident, premises liability, and construction site injury litigation. He clerked for the Honorable Anita R. Florio, Justice of the Supreme Court of New York, Appellate Division, Second Department, prior to admission to practice in New York. Since joining Towne, Ryan & Partners, P.C., he has helped the firm’s clients obtain verdicts and settlements in excess of $7,500,000.
He began his practice with a well-established general practice firm in Bronx, New York, where he gained extensive personal injury and insurance defense litigation experience in all of the courts in New York City and the surrounding suburbs. Mr. Rust has worked in the areas of premises liability, elevator liability, New York Labor Law, insurance defense and subrogation, and general liability. Immediately prior to coming to work for Towne, Ryan & Partners, P.C., Mr. Rust clerked for the Honorable Judith A. Hard, Justice of the Court of Claims in Albany.
