The Albany County Bar Association will be hosting a virtual Residential Real Estate CLE, available to both members and non-members on July 27th, from 12PM – 1:30PM. From draft and review of contract to home inspections to closing preparation and title search, this CLE plans to offer an overview of the process of a residential real estate transaction from start to finish. The audience will be able to ask questions at the end of the program. You are also invited to email your questions prior to the day of the program.
The Towne Law Firm will be sharing their expertise in Residential Real Estate Law with Partner, Shalini Natesan sitting in as a panelist speaker. Sharing her insight on various topics related to the real estate transaction process, Ms. Natesan will teach on topics such as the statement of sale, give insight on closing preparation and bank closing disclosure, as well as the process for both pre and post closure.
CLE Credit Information
1.5 Skills CLE credit is being offered from this course. The content of this course is appropriate for BOTH newly appointed and experienced attorneys (transitional/nontransitional). As a member benefit, ACBA members do not pay for livestreamed CLEs offered by this organization. The ACBA maintains a CLE financial hardship policy. The cost for non-members is $67.50.
