Diversity Program

The Towne Law Firm, P.C. Diversity Program was established in 2013 to promote and advance diversity, inclusion and opportunities for women and minorities in the workplace. The Firm is highly committed to recruiting, engaging and retaining attorneys and staff members with various backgrounds and experiences to build a dynamic team to best serve the clients we represent and the communities we live and work in.

Additionally, over half of our Firm’s attorneys and staff members are women.

The Firm is also dedicated to engaging with various community organizations that align with the Firm’s mission to promote diversity and foster opportunities for women and minorities.

Our Firm, and our Firm’s attorneys and staff members participate in and contribute to the following organizations:

Adirondack Women’s Bar Association, promoting the advancement of the status of women in society and of women in the legal profession; to promote the fair and equal administration of justice; and to act as a unified voice for its members with respect to issues of statewide, national and international significance to women generally and to women attorneys in particular.
