Our extensive experience handling commercial foreclosures and knowledge of specific court systems in New York State allows us to streamline and expedite the process, significantly reducing the time it takes to have a receiver appointed.  The immediate appointment of a receiver in a commercial or multi/mixed use setting helps limit the banking institution’s exposure for potential premises raiding and the lost revenue that may result from borrower acts.

The firm is examining counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company as well as Stewart Title Insurance Company.  In that capacity, Attorney James Towne  and Diane Bennett, a paralegal in the Firm’s Saratoga office, can examine Abstracts of Title and title searches, prepare title reports and address and resolve title issues involving tax liens, boundary line and survey issues, legal descriptions of property, chain of title disputes, foreclosure and bankruptcy issues.
