John Liguori brings over 20 years of experience in the area of public housing representation.  During that time, he has represented housing authorities from Westchester to Buffalo, N.Y. in both State and Federal court proceedings on matters including premises liability, labor and employment, discrimination, fair housing and police misconduct.

Mr. Liguori has experience with monthly eviction calendars of 100-150 tenants including non-payment and “for cause” evictions which were handled from service of notice of lease termination through hearing and appeals when necessary.  He has also been called upon to provide guidance on HUD Regulation compliance as related to evictions, procurement policy, Board of Commissioner functions as well as real property purchase, sale and development issues.  

Mr. Liguori is also a member of Housing Authority Defense Attorneys (HADA) and maintains a network of contacts across the country specific to public housing defense issues.
