We represent first time home buyers, banks, commercial lenders and can assist in every aspect of a real estate transaction. Firm principal Elena DeFio Kean is regularly retained to conduct commercial mortgage foreclosure proceedings on behalf of banks and lenders throughout New York State. We provide representation for buyers and sellers, lenders and mortgage brokers. Additionally we regularly represent developers in presentations to Planning and Zoning Boards on issues of re-zoning. We can also guide you through the Industrial Development Agency ("IDA") process. We have also provided site placement services and legal assistance to several publicly traded telecommunications carriers with respect to cell tower location.
