We provide representation for buyers and sellers, lenders and mortgage brokers. Additionally we regularly represent developers in presentations to Planning and Zoning Boards on issues of re-zoning. We can can also guide you through the Industrial Development Agency ("IDA") process. We have also provided site placement services and legal assistance to several publicly traded telecommunications carriers with respect to cell tower location.
