With nearly twenty years as an appointed arbitrator performing both commercial and construction arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, Jim Towne has the experience necessary to effectively utilize the arbitration process.
Susan Bartkowski has participated in numerous arbitration proceedings as well. Additionally, the attorneys in the office have experience participating in mediation proceedings as an alternative to litigation.
Both Jim Towne and Susan Bartkowski are on the Early Neutral Evaluator, Mediator and Arbitration panels of the US District Court for the Northern District of New York.
